Somewhere, sometime, a true black cat exists, so pure black that he is darker than the darkest shadow, except for furious, bright red eyes. They form the only entrance to the Evil inside, but their glare can convert anyone to the Dark cause, a cause which he leads and owns.
It is true, every Black Cat is evil. But only one of them is truly possessed with it. Evil to the core, enveloped by the darkest void, only recognized by the silhouette of a humanoid feline, and the bright red, cat-slitted eyes. Few ever hear him speak. His eyes alone can say more than a thousand words; they speak of unbearable pain and nothing but pure hatred for everything, dead or alive, good or evil. There is only one true Black Cat, however, in the twenty-third century, the most powerful influence on all of the Seven Planets. He is known as the Red Night, a name that induces fear within those who know its meaning. Not many have ever heard the name, and fewer know what it means. Only one knows the truth. Red Night though, didn’t speak to anyone. Instead, he relayed messages with his eyes, a form of one-way telepathy, not by words, just meaning.
Now there are seven planets, and five inhabited moons. All planets, except one had a proper atmosphere to sustain humanoid life. The moons are very small, and only two of them did not require terraforming. The other planet and three moons were terraformed with a technique developed by Arkal Corp., the same company who invented space-folding for interstellar travel.
The humans live in fear of other alien species, which could be more powerful than the Sayuro and themselves together, but the Sayuro worry less, inhabiting one insignificant planet.
